Delta Community Church
Delta Community Church is a mission congregation of North Avon Baptist. We at Delta Community Church seek to follow God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit. We believe the Christian Bible is God's Word and we take his Word seriously.
 God loves all people and wants them all to be part of his family and his exciting plans - even though we all stuff up sometimes! As Delta Church we try to live as God's family in our communities.
God places special emphasis on loving people who face tough circumstances in their lives and who are marginalised by society. This is something which is especially important to us at Delta Church. We recognize that every person is on a journey and that nobody is perfect.
Delta Church was established in 1996 by Mike Coleman. It was originally called the Delta Fellowship. In the Greek alphabet Delta is a triangle shaped letter. For us at Delta Church this triangle represents several trios: God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit; our relationship with God, others and ourselves; and our emphasis on spiritual, emotional and physical wholeness.
Delta Community Church also works in close co-operation with the Delta Community Support Trust which provides a range of practical services to people in need.
